Trump administration moves to freeze all new student visa interviews

In a new escalation of U.S. President Donald Trump's showdown with Harvard University, the Department of State has stopped all applications for student visas while preparing for an expanded social media screening for applicatants. The administration also asked federal agencies to cancel contracts with Harvard worth some 100 million U.S. dollars. NBC reports.
