The Best Chef Awards 2025 : 香港多位頂尖廚師入選全球最佳廚師名單

相比起大眾所熟悉的米芝蓮指南, 2017 年始舉行首屆頒獎禮的 The Best Chef Awards 相對年輕,卻不失國際認受性。剛於米蘭舉行的第 9 屆的頒獎禮,一連兩日活動亦包括研討會及餐飲體驗,讓來自 69 個國家數百名廚師互相交流、分享知識及烹飪理念。

與其他美食大獎所不同的是,The Best Chef Awards 以「人」為本,聚焦於廚師的個人成就而非餐廳,強調廚師的創意、可持續性、投入度與領導力,旨在表揚廚師作為個人對美食界的影響,注重其個人風格及烹飪哲學。獎項得主除了需擁有創造美食的好手藝外,更強調其作為美食界領導者的重要性,不論是善用科技提升美食體驗,抑或是對社會帶來正面影響,旨在表彰及鼓勵廚師成為引領新一代的榜樣。

此外,The Best Chef Awards 拋棄傳統的排名方式,採用「刀」級評選體系:「三把刀」表彰最高級別的烹飪大師;「兩把刀」代表該大廚擁有世界級的專業技能;「一把刀」彰顯廚師們對該領域作出的傑出貢獻,而今年全球共 783 位廚師獲獎,創歷史新高。除此以外,亦特設三甲及最佳理念大獎、最具創意大獎、最佳擺盤大獎等多個特別大獎。今年 The Best Chef Awards 冠軍由丹麥 Alchemist 餐廳的總廚 Rasmus Munk 蟬聯,亞軍則斯洛文尼亞 Hiša Franko 餐廳的 Ana Roš 奪得,緊接杜拜 Trèsind Studio 餐廳 Himanshu Saini 勇奪季軍。

不過最令人振奮的是香港共有 18 名頂尖廚師位列名單當中,包括首次獲得一刀獎的 Estro 主廚 Antimo Maria Merone、口利福中菜館主廚 ArChan Chan;從二刀獎升級至三刀獎的西班牙混合日本料理餐廳 Andō 主廚 Agustín Ferrando Balbi、主理法日融合菜式的 Ta Vie 餐廳主廚佐藤秀明(Hideaki Sato) 以及擅長以法國菜技藝烹調中菜的「永」主廚鄭永麒(Vicky Cheng),成績令人鼓舞。
