Saxo Australia is now Totality

Saxo Australia’s website now redirects to the website of Totality.

The “About us” section of the website states:

“Totality—formerly known as Saxo Australia—stands for being invested in the world. From stocks and ETFs to bonds and FX, our mission is to be Australia’s global broker for global minds.

While our business now has a new name, logo and lick of paint, we remain fundamentally committed to helping ambitious, money-savvy, and world-wise Aussies and Kiwis seamlessly “go global” with their investing.

There is a dedicated section about the business transition on the website:

  • What does this mean for the assets and cash I have on the Saxo Australia platform? Will Saxo Australia’s existing custodial relationships remain in place?

There will be no change. Your assets will continue to be safeguarded by the same tier-one global asset custodians, including our current custodian Saxo Bank A/S and appointed sub-custodians such as Citi Group, and remain readily accessible for investing via the platform.

Your funds will continue to be held in a segregated client trust account maintained in Australia with HSBC and NAB, and you will experience no interruption in your ability to view, buy, or sell assets or cash balances through the platform.

  • Will you remain an Australian-run and operated business?

Our commitment to Australian-based high-touch support and client service remains and will not change. In fact, ahead of the rebrand to Totality, we have doubled our business’ Australian-based staff count, with more onshoring of critical client service, operations, onboarding, and compliance roles.

Our sales team and relationship managers will remain at the company and continue to serve you, including our Head of Sales. Likewise, the Australian business’ CEO, COO, CMO, Head of Legal and Head of Compliance will remain with the firm.

The business will benefit from certain centralised functions with DMA for processing, operations, and tech development.

  • Will I still be able to log in to see my portfolio through SaxoInvestor, SaxoTraderGO or SaxoTraderPRO after rebranding on 11 August 2025?

After 11 August 2025, you will need to log in via Totality’s new and enhanced webpage and apps for account funding, withdrawal, and account management purposes. You will also be able to conduct all your trading and portfolio management through Totality’s website and apps. Rest assured that both the new apps and website will be shared with you shortly, well before the rebrand date.
