The Kremlin leader also highlighted the importance of developing the nuclear triad, which includes land-based, sea-based, and air-based missiles. He considers this a guarantee for preserving Russia’s sovereignty.

Putin stressed that when forming the new armament program, it is necessary to take into account the combat experience of weapon use in the war against Ukraine, noting that this experience must be “maximally utilized.”

Earlier, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte noted that Russia produces more ammunition than all NATO countries combined and does so much faster. He emphasized that the Russian military machine is not slowing down; on the contrary, it is gaining momentum.

Moscow is actively restoring its military potential with the support of countries such as China, Iran, and North Korea. Rutte also pointed out that Russia is using Chinese technologies to modernize its army.
