JAMMU, June 25: A guest lecture on “Healthy Lifestyle” was organized in JIAR campus today, aiming to promote physical, mental, and emotional health among students and faculty. The session was led by renowned health expert Dr. Sanjeevan , Member of National Executive Committee of Arogya Bharti, who emphasized the importance of balanced nutrition, regular exercise, stress management, and adequate sleep.
He engaged the audience with practical tips, real-life examples, and interactive discussions, encouraging everyone to make small yet consistent lifestyle changes. Abhishek Sharma, Lokesh Kumar Bali and Dr Munish Sharma also graced the occasion.
The event was well-received and left attendees motivated to adopt healthier habits.The Management of JIAR expressed their appreciation for the insightful and inspiring talk, noting its relevance in today’s fast-paced world.
