Jobe Bellingham Attracts Premier League Interest Amid Dortmund Issues

Jobe Bellingham Linked to Two Premier League Clubs Amid Borussia Dortmund Issues

Jobe Bellingham has been linked with a move away from Borussia Dortmund.

Jobe Bellingham has reportedly attracted interest from two Premier League clubs amid his ongoing issues at Borussia Dortmund.

During the summer transfer window, Bellingham left newly-promoted Sunderland to join German Bundesliga giants Dortmund in a deal worth a reported fee of £27 million.

However, the 20-year-old has struggled since moving to Germany, having only played a total of 301 minutes across nine appearances.

This week, it was claimed that Bellingham is being impacted by ‘family issues’.

A source told the Mail: “It’s obvious to the management that Jobe is struggling with personal matters. He has struggled to make friends in the team, rarely goes out socialising in Dortmund and spends most of his time in his house alone.

“The atmosphere and tension in the family is affecting his performances on the pitch. At the recent match his parents attended they came and left alone and didn’t speak once. There are worries that Jobe feels very insecure and pressurised by what is going on.”

It was stated that Bellingham’s father, Mark, was furious after his son was taken off during Dortmund’s 3-3 draw with St Pauli, which led to a heated argument with chief Sebastian Kehl.

Amid the ongoing issues at Dortmund, Bellingham has been linked with a move away.

According to German news outlet BILD, Premier League sides Manchester United and Crystal Palace are keeping tabs on the young midfielder.

It has been suggested that United boss Ruben Amorim is a big fan of Bellingham and sees him as an ideal player for his system due to his physical attributes.

Meanwhile, Palace are also in the running to sign Bellingham as they begin to draw up a list of replacements for Adam Wharton, who has been linked with a move away from Selhurst Park.

So far, the likes of United, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Manchester City have all been linked with Wharton.

Dortmund are back in Bundesliga action this weekend when they take on rivals Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena on Saturday evening.
