William Kim (@myfoodisme2) has everyone barking about his recipe, racking up 6.3 million views and varied opinions.

In the clip, Kim combines 19 finely chopped foods, including vegetables, chicken breast, tofu, grains and legumes, then cooks them all together before dumping the end result into a massive metal bowl.

Some commenters were quick to call it “human kibble” or “people kibble.”

Kim said it’s what he has been eating “all day, every day for the past five years,” and many viewers are buying what he’s selling.

“I’ve been wondering how to eat more veggies and turns out I can just put them all in a bowl and cook them. Who knew?” one wrote, per the New York Post.

“I was just complaining the other day that I wish people kibble existed because I’m sick of trying to figure out what to eat, this is pretty dang close! I’m tempted to try, but with a lot of spices,” said another.

“I am a HUGE fan of whatever this is,” another wrote.

Not everyone was so easily convinced.

“This is almost exactly what I make for my dogs.”

“Why do I feel like he’s the kind of guy that would suggest running a half marathon to cure a hangover,” another viewer wrote.

Bouvier noted that she isn’t against weekly meal prepping, especially with nutrient-dense foods.

“Large batch meal prepping can serve as a positive and mindful tool for many,” she said. “It helps them make more mindful and nutritious choices.”
