The Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival is back this year with the promise of more exclusive events, award-winning food, finer wines, and longer hours, to help attract about 150,000 visitors.

1. What’s new at the Wine and Dine Festival?
The 2025 edition, themed “Remix – Best of All Worlds”, features several updates to elevate the visitor experience, with the return of a special dinner featuring Michelin-starred chefs for the first time in seven years.
Notably, opening hours have been extended, allowing guests to enjoy the event until midnight on all four nights.
The “Towngas Gourmet Avenue” section has expanded significantly, bringing together 12 renowned restaurants holding a combined 13 Michelin stars and seven Black Pearl diamonds, including Forum Restaurant, Arbor and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon.
The area will also see the debut of a stall by Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic, the celebrity French chef who boasts the accolade of “most Michelin-starred female chef”.
