The product of the Milan academy has been without a club since June 30, when Bologna refused to make his move permanent. He was on loan from Milan at the Stadio Dall’Ara, and his deal with the Rossoneri expired last month.

Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio says that Crystal Palace could ‘accelerate’ in the next few hours to secure the defender’s signature as a free agent.
