A BBC interview with Sue Gray where she dismissed claims she was a spy was ‘unauthorised’ and sparked fury, text messages which a former Stormont official tried to destroy have revealed.
Sue Gray is now chief of staff to Keir Starmer, who in coming months is almost certain to become Prime Minister. But until May 2021 she was the most senior official in Stormont’s Department of Finance (DoF).
