Sky Sport Italia reports Sergio Conceiçao tested a Milan XI without Theo Hernandez, Rafael Leao and Santiago Gimenez on Thursday, two days before a Serie A game at Lecce.
Milan could drop Theo, Leao and Gimenez in their upcoming away game at Lecce.
The Rossoneri have lost the last three league matches and are 11 points below fourth-placed Juventus.
According to Sky Sport Italia, coach Conceiçao tested a line-up without Theo Hernandez, Rafael Leao and Gimenez during today’s training session.

The reporter from Milanello Peppe Di Stefano argued that the Portuguese coach wants to deploy ‘fresh’ and ‘motivated’ players in Lecce.
According to the report, Davide Bartesaghi was tried in the left-back position instead of Theo, while Riccardo Sottil replaced Leao on the left wing, joining Christian Pulisic, deployed as No.10, and Alex Jimenez on the right wing.
Tammy Abraham played as a sole striker in training today.
Matteo Gabbia is favourite over Fikayo Tomori to replace the suspended Strahinja Pavlović in central defence, and Marco Sportiello will replace Mike Maignan, who will also serve a one-game ban in Lecce.
Conceiçao also tried Warren Bondo in central midfield close to Tijjani Reijnders, which means Youssouf Fofana and Yunus Musah could start the next game on the bench.
