The 27th China International High-Tech Fair (CHTF), set to be held from Nov 14 to 16 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center, will feature a landmark announcement: the launch of China’s first space tourism project.

This year’s fair, spanning a massive 400,000 square meters of exhibition space, will host 22 specialized zones. These will showcase everything from national-level projects and artificial intelligence to semiconductors, the low-altitude economy, and commercial aerospace.

Officials from the Shenzhen municipal government announced at a press briefing on Wednesday that the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) will introduce its Chinese space tourism initiative.
