Dusan Vlahovic and Kenan Yildiz are expected to lead the Juventus attack against Real Madrid, but Manuel Locatelli could start on the bench.
It kicks off at 21:00 CET (20:00 BST) at the Estadio Bernabeu in Madrid.
The Bianconeri must cope without the injured Gleison Bremer, Arek Milik and Juan Cabal, but Edon Zhegrova and Fabio Miretti are back in the squad.

Juventus have not won any of the last six games. Still, Igor Tudor argued on Tuesday that the team is not in a crisis, as fewer referee mistakes and a different fixture list would have resulted in the Bianconeri being the table leaders in Serie A.
Several sources in Italy, including Sky Sport and Gazzetta, report that Locatelli will start on the bench at the Bernabeu tonight, making room for Khephren Thuram, Teun Koopmeiners and Weston McKennie in the middle of the park.
Vlahovic and Yildiz are expected to start in attack, with Lois Openda and Jonathan David on the bench.
