While the exact timing and agenda of the meeting remain unclear, flight tracking data by Jack Sweeney shows a Gulfstream G700 private jet linked to Jeff Bezos landed near Washington, D.C., on July 14. The plane departed the following day.During Trump’s first term as US President, he often criticized Bezos over his ownership of The Washington Post. Jeff Bezos has grown closer to Donald Trump during his second term in office, despite past tensions. The tech billionaire has previously supported Trump, including a donation of $1 million to his inaugural fund. Jeff Bezos also attended Trump’s inauguration in January this year.Bezos is also said to have increased contact with Donald Trump amid the fallout between the President and Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
