The two glam women were attending a Caring for Women dinner in New York City.
Lauren’s necklace was also said to be worth £2.5million.
Jeff and Lauren tied the knot in front of a glittering crowd of A-listers in what was hailed as the “wedding of the century”.
The Amazon founder and the former journalist said “I do” at the stunning San Giorgio Maggiore monastery in Venice in a lavish ceremony.
Bride Lauren looked stunning in her white gown designed by Dolce & Gabbana after attending a dress fitting at the Italian designer’s Milan shop in March.
Tech tycoon Bill Gates also made an appearance, after being seen boarding a water taxi with partner Paula Hurd.
Other VIPs including Oprah Winfrey and Bezos’ stepfather Mike Bezos were snapped leaving their hotels, while security was tight across the city.
Georgina originally revealed the news of her engagement to Cristiano by posting a picture of her huge engagement ring to Instagram.
The superstar couple had been together for nine years, but Ronaldo had previously been hesitant to pop the question.
