疑有騙徒冒充保險公司訛稱收費籲取消 圖騙市民轉帳 (19:20) – 20250911 – 港聞 – 即時新聞

事主憶述早前收到電話號碼「5字頭」來電,稱「支付寶原有免費服務「HoldCover」保險服務將於下個月開始正式收費,每月收費為港幣1200元」,對方在通話中亦準確說出事主的英文全名及身分證號碼頭四個數字,並要求事主聯絡另一個不同號碼的WhatsApp賬戶取消服務。

事主聯絡WhatsApp帳戶後,就收到「客服」來電,要求事主進入一個特定網址,稱會有「AI客服」為事主處理手續,以及訛稱其公司與銀聯中心有連結,故要求事主把戶口結餘截圖以短訊發送予他們,以便「核實身分」。

事主遂送出截圖,並收到短訊稱已核實身分和虛擬代碼,對方則再要求事主到自動櫃員機轉帳。不過,事主按照指示後仍轉帳失敗,對方則再發短訊要求事主再次轉帳並提高轉帳限額,並為轉帳失敗的證明截圖。事主其後察覺情况可疑,在網上搜尋後發現關於騙案的截圖與當時情况一樣,對質後對方堅稱並非詐騙,惟事主再追問時對方便主動掛線。

HoldCover上月28日在官方網站上發文表示,留意到有騙徒冒充其或如支付寶等合作付款平台,透過電話、手機短訊或WhatsApp發送詐騙或「網絡釣魚」信息,騙取客戶的個人或付款資料。HoldCover在文中澄清指,官方客服熱線只有一個(3503-6089),並無首號為「5」或「8」的號碼。HoldCover又表示保費只會透過官網以信用卡繳付,不會從儲蓄戶口扣除大額現金,亦稱官方從不會主動要求取消賬戶或保單,取消渠道只有其網上平台,不須經由客服熱線取消。
