The brightest young star in world football sent fans of a Premier League club wild this week after being photographed wearing one of their iconic kits.
Lamine Yamal has enjoyed a spectacular rise to the top of the beautiful game, and is already a star player for Barcelona and Spain despite being just 17 years old.
The forward scored nine goals and registered 15 assists in 35 La Liga appearances last season, a remarkable achievement for such a young player.
The Spaniard did not stop there, finding the back of the net a further five times and chipping in with four more assists to inspire his side to the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League.
His performances were enough to help Barcelona to the Spanish league title, and there is so much more to come from Lamal in the years ahead.
However, fans of Manchester United were made to dream this week after the La Masia graduate was photographed wearing one of their most iconic kits.
Yamal was seen wearing United’s famous white 1991 shirt, a kit made famous by the likes of Bryan Robson and Ryan Giggs.

However, some Red Devils fans may end up being disappointed as Yamal has only recently signed a six-year contract that will keep him with the Spanish giants until 2031.
United endured a difficult 2024/25 campaign, finishing 15th in the Premier League table and losing 1-0 to Tottenham in the UEFA Europa League final.
That defeat meant that the Red Devils missed out on a place in next season’s UEFA Champions League.
In stark contrast, Barcelona are flying high after reclaiming the Spanish league title from bitter rivals Real Madrid.
Yamal was a key part of the Spain side that beat England 2-1 in the final of EURO 2024.
