In Guizhou, China, officials say a girl went missing after school and is suspected to have fallen into a ditch during intense flooding across the region. Rescue crews were called in and checked manholes until they found her. The child was trapped for more than seven hours but doctors say was unharmed. NBC News’ Liz Kreutz reports.
