李家超:軟對抗肯定存在 稱「小人滿街」要小心 運用公權力時須以維護國安為重要考慮


特區政府官員連日受訪時談及「軟對抗」,有藝文界則憂冤枉好人。特首李家超出席行會前再度回應時指,軟對抗肯定存在,強調所有法律上獲賦權的人及機構,使用權力時要以維護國安為重要考慮,又指軟對抗或危害國安者可能潛伏、隱蔽、欺騙,形容「小人滿街」,呼籲港人小心,政府也會繼續提醒公眾小心軟對抗。特區政府官員連日受訪時談及「軟對抗」,有藝文界則憂冤枉好人。特首李家超出席行會前再度回應時指,軟對抗肯定存在,強調所有法律上獲賦權的人及機構,使用權力時要以維護國安為重要考慮,又指軟對抗或危害國安者可能潛伏、隱蔽、欺騙,形容「小人滿街」,呼籲港人小心,政府也會繼續提醒公眾小心軟對抗。李家超指,雖然港區國安法和維護國家安全條例生效,但仍不時有人違反相關法例被捕,反映仍有人有「這樣的思想傾向」,並再次引述港澳辦主任夏寶龍指不要「好了傷疤亡了痛」。他指軟對抗潛伏在不同地方或各個領域,亦會以不同的名義出現,「聽起來好像是道貌岸然, 但實際上是有意圖危害國家安全,又或者做一些破壞性的軟對抗,這些形形色色、林林總總,大家要刷亮眼睛」。李家超又引述《維護國家安全條例》指,所有法律上獲賦予權力者在運用權力時要以維護國家安全為重要考慮,「所以政府一定要在這方面繼續工作,也要繼續提醒大家在不同的方面小心軟對抗」。他稱如無壞意圖,對政府的批評或「一些表達方式」會獲容許,但同時指不要憑單一片段判斷,「如果我們很多時將一連串的事聯起,你就知道這個可能是軟對抗中的整個計劃一部分」。
