
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is no longer the second richest man in the world, according to the Forbes list. Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison has now taken the spot from him.
Ellison stood second with 243 billion dollars. The news was given by Forbes through their world’s billionaires list. In the quarter ending in May, Oracle made huge profits and revenues, pushing Ellison to the second spot.

Due to this, the share prices too shot up. In a first, Oracle shares hit 200 dollars, an increase of 13%. In one day, Ellison’s worth increased by 26 billion dollars. This resulted in his net worth being 243 billion dollars.
According to Forbes billionaires list, Bezos’ net worth stood at 228 billion dollars. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerburg had a net worth of 239 dollars. Ellison outdid both of them and took the second place in the list.
