米芝蓮級數餐廳都有得任食?!位於尖沙咀的「 Amelia Hong Kong」由米芝蓮二星名廚Chef PauloAiraudo設立,也是西班牙米芝蓮星級餐廳 「Ameliaby Paulo Airaudo 」的首間海外分店,主打正宗炭烤料理。餐廳全新推出六道菜套餐,包括前菜、湯品、沙律、海鮮主菜、肉類主菜及甜品各一款,享用完畢則可繼續無限追加料理,包括A5和牛、龍蝦尾、鵝肝、多款海鮮等,即睇詳情:

餐廳全新推出「無限時用餐時間 即叫即整 Deluxe 6-course Set Menu」先點選定6道心水佳餚 (前菜、湯品、沙律、海鮮主菜、肉類主菜及甜品,各一款),享用完成後,更可以免費再次追加添食共37道由米芝蓮名廚設計高質菜式,包括油封鴨、Chef Paulo秘製龍蝦湯、A5鹿兒島和牛小排、A4鹿兒島和牛煎扒、炭烤鹿肉、炭烤四頭野生鮑魚、炭烤西班牙八爪魚、西班牙烤乳豬、香煎鵝肝、意式油甘魚生魚片配魚子醬及Chef Paulo秘製巴斯克芝士蛋糕等,最長可以食足四個半小時!

客人更可以每位另加$128升級品嚐鹿兒島A5和牛西冷及炭燒龍蝦尾兩款可追加主菜。以及將 (外帶版) Chef Paulo秘製二星龍蝦湯1支 (約400ml) 免費帶走,龍蝦湯用上超過10公斤的波士頓龍蝦頭及龍蝦精華,搭配香料與高湯慢火熬煮而成,濃郁綿密。

另外設有「Premium Set Menu」 一共有6個course,共26道高質菜式可供追加,菜單亦包括無限暢飲無酒精飲品。而「Basic Set Menu」的菜單,一共有5個course,共15道高質菜式可供追加。

享用「Deluxe Set Menu」$788及「Premium Set Menu」$638的客人,可每位加$188升級品嚐無限量供應的日本珍寶生蠔。任食生蠔可以每次每人點叫一隻,待完成食物後,可以再次點叫。
