It’s safe to say the award for the most unexpected costume of 2019 went to Dakota Fanning, who went as a fluffy shower loofah. Of course, the rapper wore Cruella de Vil‘s signature half-white, half-black hairstyle; a dramatic fur cape; and completed the look with a cigarette holder, which is all you really need to recreate this look. Cardi’s hair is likely a wig, but you can also use temporary hair dye if you’re feeling ambitious.
