黃偉綸何永賢訪兩劏房戶 強調「簡樸房」規管年內立法 告別劣質劏房非遙不可及


政府即將公布「簡樸房」規管制度的條例草案,副財政司長黃偉綸和房屋局長何永賢聯同民建聯主席陳克勤議員、大埔區議員溫官球、胡綽謙等,日前到大埔一幢超過60年樓齡的唐樓探訪兩個分間單位住戶,了解她們的起居生活情況。他強調「簡樸房」規管制度有望今年內完成立法等,告別劣質劏房不再是遙不可及。黃偉綸今日(16日)在社交媒體發文,感謝民建聯一直以來在地區做了大量工作,尤其關顧弱勢社群,例如協助正等候「上樓」的劏房戶,讓他們了解更多政府的房屋政策和社會支援服務。感謝民建聯協助劏房戶了解更多政府房屋政策黃指早前探訪的其中一戶梁婆婆為獨居長者,居於一個不足80呎的單位約八年,租金約3600元,剛被業主加租,正在輪候公屋單位。梁婆婆向他們表示,希望搬到較近親人的地區居住,將來方便互相照應。由於唐樓沒有升降機,梁婆婆平日外出要行三層樓梯,加上膝蓋勞損致出行不便。黃表示已向她提到房屋局正努力興建公營房屋單位,當局亦可安排帶她實地參觀簡約公屋或過渡性房屋項目,希望讓她明白有條件改善現狀。黃又指另一戶林小姐來港定居約三年,居住劏房是為了方便平日帶孩子出入那打素醫院覆診和上學。林小姐向他們表示,平日只專注照顧兒子,在港朋友不多,十分感激政府和民建聯地區同事關心她們,盼望將來有機會改善居住環境。黃表示他們鼓勵她和兒子堅強面對人生,如有需要政府可以提供不同的支援服務。黃偉綸說,上述兩個分間單位均有獨立廚廁和窗戶,但居住環境較擠迫,所以住戶均表示希望盡快「上樓」。政府希望多管齊下讓基層市民改善居住環境。他強調,隨著公營房屋陸續增加;打擊濫用公屋得力;簡約公屋陸續落成;「簡樸房」規管制度有望今年內完成立法等,告別劣質劏房不再是遙不可及。他亦樂見首批入住元朗攸壆路簡約公屋項目的居民已適應新生活,滿意其居住環境、配套設施、支援服務等。他和何永賢均鼓勵有需要的市民了解更多有關簡約公屋項目的資訊,以行動改寫自己或家人的生活現況。
