發展局今日(2日)在社交媒體發文，指發展局常任秘書長（工務）劉俊傑日前出席一個本地企業與沙特阿拉伯鋁型材生產商的合作協議簽署儀式，該份合作協議的目標是為成就企業簽署方共同在沙特阿拉伯打造特大規模的鋁加工產業基地，具備年產30 000個住宅模組的「組裝合成」建築（MiC）生產設施。該本地企業旗下公司正是今年6月首批獲得香港建築科技研究院（建科院）MiC製造商認可計劃認證的香港企業，亦是首個將香港MiC先進技術帶向國際市場的製造商。協議的簽訂引證發展局透過建科院推動的MiC製造商認可計劃發揮了效用，加強了市場對獲認證製造商的信心。劉俊傑在儀式致辭時表示，是次合作為香港發展「組裝合成」建築的里程碑，雙方可藉優勢互補，促進兩地快速合作發展。有關合作不僅展示了香港企業的實力，更突顯了香港在「一國兩制」下背靠祖國、聯通世界的獨特優勢。政府了解到這間本地企業在香港進行MiC研發和測試，同時在內地設有高效的生產基地，充分利用大灣區的豐富資源和先進的工業實力。香港自2017年起推動「組裝合成」建築法的發展，如今這項創新建築技術已廣泛應用於香港超過150個公私營建築項目。去年11月發展局舉辦了首屆國際基建項目領導峰會，匯聚全球超過500位行業領袖，向世界展示了香港在基建領域的領先地位。我們欣悉此次香港企業與沙特生產商的合作契機就是源自該國際峰會。展望未來，發展局將繼續推進MiC發展，積極發展創新技術，加強各方協作。我們亦會與內地保持緊密合作，把MiC打造為粵港澳大灣區標誌性產業，配合國家高質量發展。香港會繼續充分發揮其「超級聯繫人」和「超級增值人」的獨特角色，聯通區域以至全球，開拓MiC的新機遇，造就更多MiC技術輸出香港的成功故事。 Source link
