兩艘艦艇今早8時許開放參觀,逾百名市民提早到場排隊,主辦單位提早約10分鐘開始換票及安檢。居於深水埗的市民彭太指,擔心參觀人數多,故與丈夫提早約一小時到場排隊。門票上周六(30日)起開放予市民免費預約,預約首日3節預約時段均在約一分鐘後額滿。她指,慶幸有朋友協助「搶飛」才有門票,冀能「見證祖國強大的發展」。

開放活動設有1.1萬個公眾參觀名額,來自深圳的陳先生特意網購300元的軍人服裝到場參觀,並在頭盔及馬甲均貼上國旗。他形容心情激動,期望到場慶祝祖國生日,亦希望國家越來越富強,人民生活越來越好。本身是「軍事迷」的他指,平日喜歡打野戰,與友人分別扮演警隊與匪徒,及進行炸彈安置和拆彈,感到刺激和有趣。

在艦艇遊覽一圈最少需要15至20分鐘,主辦方安排「引導員」協助疏導人流,另設「講解員」分成小組向參觀者分享船艦構造及武器等。祖籍福建的楊先生一家三口前來參觀。楊太指,6歲的孩子對軍事的議題感興趣,日後有志成為海軍,故她首日首16秒就成功「搶票」;而孩子對於在艦艇模擬使用機關槍,並被海軍抱起合照感到相當開心。

主辦單位今安排海軍樂隊在戚繼光艦前表演,演唱《情非得已》及《萬水千山總是情》等歌曲。在演唱《月亮代表我的心》時,負責主唱的海軍稱,「相信參觀者與他們一樣心繫祖國」。表演場地設水牌予公眾「打卡」,包括「我愛祖國,我愛海軍」、「戚繼光艦,友誼之橋」等。

由解放軍海軍戚繼光艦和沂蒙山艦組成的海軍艦艇編隊,搭載1200名學員和官兵,自上月26日起至下周三(8日)執行遠海綜合實習任務,其間赴港組織艦艇開放活動,之後將會訪問柬埔寨、泰國及新加坡。
