有觀塘最強燒賣之稱的「駿運士多」以皮薄餡靚、口感煙韌的燒賣打響名堂,魚肉燒賣豬肉燒賣$10就有8粒,性價比極高,所以其燒賣多數於下午3時便賣光。今年3月,駿運士多突發結業,不少觀塘街坊深感可惜,幸好近日已原區重開,而且新店的燒賣居然沒有加價,依舊抵食,難怪營業首日店外已經大排長龍!

燒賣推介|2. 粉果佬

自燒賣關注組成立以來,位於大埔的「粉果佬」一直深受組員的愛載,高峰期日賣10000粒,極具人氣!粉果佬供應的手包魚肉燒賣($10/5粒)由80歲老闆參叔每朝清晨7點親自製作,需要手打魚肉、豬肉、冬菜、蔥頭等,用料實在而且大粒有咬口,配上辣椒油更惹味!小店去年更於觀塘開設分店,除了燒賣亦有售家鄉粉果($12/3個)、足料魚肉碗仔翅($27)等小食,滿滿人情味。

燒賣推介|3. 燒賣皇后妙舒

現時為人熟知的「元朗燒賣皇后」其實早於1988年開業,當時是一間名為「妙舒」的小食店,傳至第二代掌舵人才創立出燒賣皇后品牌。逾60款小食之中,香菇豬肉燒賣($15/5粒;$22/8粒)最具人氣,口感軟淋而且菇味濃郁,咬開更有肉汁,幾Juicy, 搭配的豉油亦不會過鹹,辣椒油也十分香口!此外,燒賣皇后的魚肉燒賣亦彈牙不鬆散,在其還未於荃灣和黃埔開設分店前,不少港人都會暮名到元朗拜會它。

燒賣推介|4. 悅來老朱小食(已結業)

雖已結業,卻是很多食客回味的燒賣美食!許多燒賣關注組的資深成員都會以「老朱」,親切地稱呼位於屯門的「悅來老朱小食」,其手作燒賣($16/4粒)多年來都是街坊心目中的冠軍人馬。小店由已故的老闆老朱建立,兒子朱生接手後,沿用父親的配方,每晚凌晨12時開始備貨,打好餡料再包燒賣。悅來老朱小食的燒賣直徑近6cm,其以3分魚肉加2分豬脢頭肉製成,食落柔潤鮮美而且帶豬油香,經常在早上11時便售罄,當時唔一大早入屯門都食唔到!

燒賣推介|5. 金華美食

長沙灣街坊小食店「金華美食」開業至今逾20載,供應魚肉燒賣、陳皮魚蛋混醬腸粉等港式小食。招牌魚肉燒賣($10/5粒)選用人氣本地品牌金龍燒賣,色澤金黃、口感煙韌彈牙,然而使其深受燒賣關注組成員擁戴的原因卻在於豉油和秘製辣油。小店採用自家製的鵝油甜豉油,味道近似滷水汁,辣油則辛香惹味,數滴已經非常夠辣,後勁十足!

燒賣推介|6. 南山邨燒賣婆婆

有緣先食到!石硤尾南山邨平台曾經有個小型夜市,除了近期大熱的南山白汁冰,平台上還有雞蛋仔檔、酸辣粉檔、燒賣檔,而當中的燒賣車仔檔正是大家稱呼的「南山邨燒賣婆婆」。唯近年食環署執法嚴謹,部分車仔檔已搬入地舖,而燒賣婆婆亦回到其在街市內的舖位,繼續售賣多款蒸製點心小食,其中必試豬肉燒賣($12/5粒),皆為婆婆手工包製而成,口感煙韌、用料實在。

北角、銅鑼灣都有分店的「魚事者」今年再度獲選米芝蓮必比登推介餐廳,其擅於烹調魚肉料理,除了假裝成薯條、麵食和飯的魚肉,就連燒賣都以純魚肉製成,沒有加入豬肉或豬油,所以製作出來的燒賣皆魚鮮味彈牙。此外,魚事者更設「燒賣底」取代「麵底」的選項,將燒賣充當主食,燒賣控不容錯過呢~
