消防局開放日一向都深受家長歡迎，可帶小朋友認識消防員的工作，寓玩樂於學習！消防局開放日不時都會舉辦，而4月14日將舉行2024年的第三場開放活動，會在將軍澳百勝角消防及救護學院舉辦。是次開放日活動除了有攤位遊戲外，還有多項拯救、訓練示範，包括急流拯救、火警調查犬示範等！

財政司司長陳茂波今日於發布新一份《香港營商環境報告:一國兩制獨特優勢》時,提及正與相關中央機構研究,在合適範圍內相對放寬限制,便利內地來港人才調配資金來港買樓,同時避免出現資本外流。美聯集團行政總裁(住宅)馬泰陽回應指,對相關措施表示歡迎,認為以上建議可以配合政府目前積極實施的一系列「人才計劃」措施,更便利內地「人財」到港,刺激資金流入樓市。馬泰陽相信,假如措施落實,將增加來港人才的置業需求,對香港樓市起進一步提振作用,預期伴隨著近期股市強勢、樓市供應減少、一手熱銷及減息憧憬等多重利好因素,帶動香港整體樓市穩中向好,樓價亦有望加速回穩。政府積極吸納外來人才,截至2025年6月底,所有人才入境計劃合共收到近50萬宗申請,當中近33萬宗獲批,近22萬人已經到港。自政府於2022年底推出「高端人才通行證計劃」及優化原有各項人才入境措施,帶來新增住屋需求,但大部分來港人才先選擇租住,租金至今累積升幅高達14.2%,相反樓價同期下跌約12.8%,走勢與租金明顯背馳。事實上,內地買家向來較鍾情一手物業,根據美聯物業研究中心綜合土地註冊處資料,按已知買家姓名作分析,今年上半年內地買家(以買家姓名的英 Source link
