機場貨機衝落海｜美國派員來港助查 涉事飛機公司指已聯絡死者家屬

【Now新聞台】一架迪拜來港貨機周一撞到巡邏車，導致車上兩人死亡。運輸及物流局局長陳美寶指，政府會協助死者家屬，而美國國家運輸安全委員會將派員來港協助調查，有專家預計30日內會完成初步調查報告。涉事貨機斷開兩截，機頭仍擱在防波堤上。機管局稱，已鎖定黑盒在機尾位置，目標在一周內移除貨機殘骸。意外造成兩名機管局職員死亡，運輸及物流局指會協助死者家屬。運輸及物流局局長陳美寶：「我們正全速作全面跟進和善後，亦會透過政府不同部門，為家屬提供最適切協助。」協助死者家屬的工權會建議當局限制涉事機組人員離境。工業傷亡權益會總幹事蕭倩文：「(以往)人可以自由出入，變相有一些真的離開了，檢控不了，所以為免這些情況發生，應該沒收旅遊證件，或者有一段時間不能離開，都是一個可考慮方法。」涉事飛機公司在官網發聲明指，已聯絡死者家屬，正盡一切能力支援他們度過難關，而事件的成因有待運輸及物流局轄下的民航意外調查機構和警方調查。美國國家運輸安全委員會在社交平台宣布，會派出5名調查員來港，協助民航意外調查機構調查今次事故，又指根據民航航空公約，民航意外調查機構會控制所有調查資料的公布。有專家指，涉事波音飛機由美國公司設計，根據國際慣例，美國需要派員助查，預計30日內會有初步報告。工程師學會航空分部副主席詹永年：「例如機組人員的經驗和資格、訓練和身體狀況、飛機的維修紀錄、飛機系統當時的狀態，加上所有有關人士的證供，然後收集所有資料後，再看除了分析外，還需否測試找出(事故)原因。」詹永年預計，詳細的事故成因要待事故後一年內完成的最終報告才公布。 #要聞
