另一名負責人表示,公司為今次項目抽調現有人手及資源配合,應收款項為60至70萬,原定8月15日結算,至今未收款。「我哋都係受害者,對我哋聲譽影響好大好大,我們不單只係做運水,我哋都做好多項目,30、40萬車。如果我哋知道就唔幫佢運輸,我都驚收唔到錢。」

稱從觀音山出貨 只見過鑫鼎鑫董事一次

劉稱本周日有警員到元朗倉庫調查,他向記者展示口供紙,指7月7日收到報關公司「深圳市齊運」姓蔡負責人介紹,指欲洽談一宗中港運輸業務生意,翌日於深圳見面磋商細節及報價,擬定於東莞觀音山地址取貨,並運貨來港配送。他表示,事前不認識鑫鼎鑫相關人士,雙方曾見面一次,當時鑫鼎鑫的董事呂子聰及其妻及另一人,加上蔡姓報關公司負責人在場。

劉表示,雙方7月13日決定於7月18日從東莞運水來港,7月15日易通安達與鑫鼎鑫開設微信群組聯繫,易通安達將提供元朗倉向港島及離島配送,港島每樽收費14.5元、離島每樽收35元,每月15日結算,鑫鼎鑫原需於本月15日付款。

劉指,他們於7月22日首度於觀音山運水來港,一個月送了逾3萬樽,惟未簽任何合同。根據劉提供的報關單,發貨人是觀音山,境外收貨人是鑫鼎鑫,報關公司是深圳市齊運。

劉稱,事後曾問鑫鼎鑫其他聯絡人,對方亦無法回覆何時可付款。另一負責人劉先生稱,現時最大問題為如何安置為項目聘請的新員工、設備如何變現運用、如何收款,以及向其他客戶澄清。
