夏寶龍今晚約7時半經深圳灣口岸離港,李家超與特首辦主任葉文娟送行。李家超之後總結夏寶龍訪港行程,稱夏傳達國家主席習近平及中央對港人的關懷和對香港的重視,他感謝夏寶龍肯定他和政府的工作,認為夏昨日在「《香港國安法》公布實施5周年論壇」的講話為香港往後發展指明方向,包括貫徹總體國家安全觀;發揮本港「內聯外通」獨特優勢;善用香港法治「金字招牌」;以及維護行政主導體制,提升特區治理水平。

李家超表示,夏寶龍此行提醒香港須堅定維護國家安全,同時利用現時安全和穩定的局面。全力「拼經濟,謀發展,搞建設,惠民生」。他說,夏寶龍重視北部都會區發展,他已向對方匯報將加快發展北都和河套香港園區,又引述夏寶龍希望本港在不同範疇「拆牆鬆綁」。李家超預告今年度《施政報告》的重點諮詢範圍,亦將聚焦如何加快發展,並使發展項目更具效益、價格更有競爭力。

李家超續稱,因應中美關係錯綜複雜、地緣政治風高浪急,夏寶龍與他討論本港未來發展時,指出香港要集中精神做好應做的事,包括開發新市場,強化金融、貿易、航運中心地位,同時防範風險,作有充份應變準備。他引述夏寶龍稱,加上國家推出惠港政策,本港能把握機遇發展。

夏寶龍訪港期間與社會各界交流,李家超提到夏寶龍認同和讚揚關愛隊工作,關愛隊匯報受助市民的感謝說話時,夏寶龍十分感動,勉勵關愛隊繼續用心工作。夏寶龍今早聽取18區區議會主席匯報工作,李家超稱夏予以肯定勉勵,並即場寫詩勉勵讚許區議會,詩句內容為「千頭萬緒區議會,胸有大愛善良心,事無鉅細皆為大,做好每件只為民,為區議會點讚」。另外,李家超稱夏寶龍肯定國家安全展覽廳的內容,鼓勵更多市民尤其是青年學生參觀,又認同和讚賞「社區客廳」理念。

李家超表示政府將全力以赴,全面準確貫徹一國兩制和總體國家安全觀,發揮香港國際化、兼具普通法和大陸法的優勢,並把握發展機遇,融入國家發展大局和深化國際交往合作,促進內地和海外企業資金「引進來,走出去」,同時提升傳統優勢,勇於改革破局。
