內地提高赴港澳購物免稅額 6個口岸7.1率先實施

國家財政部、海關總署及稅務總局聯合發布公告,提高自香港、澳門進境居民旅客攜帶行李物品免稅額度,年滿18周歲居民旅客,攜帶在境外獲取的個人合理自用行李物品,總值在12000元以內予以免稅放行;同時在設有進境免稅店的口岸,允許上述旅客在口岸進境免稅店購買一定數量的免稅商品,連同在境外獲取的自用行李物品總值在15000元以內予以免稅放行。 有關措施自7月1日起,先行在羅湖、福田、深圳灣、廣深港高鐵西九龍站、拱北、港珠澳大橋珠海公路等6個口岸實施。 公告指,根據《內地與香港關於建立更緊密經貿關係的安排》和《內地與澳門關於建立更緊密經貿關係的安排》相關修訂條款,從澳門經「一線」進入橫琴粵澳深度合作區時,居民旅客攜帶行李物品按現行規定執行;從橫琴粵澳深度合作區經「二線」進入內地時,居民旅客攜帶行李物品免稅額度,同樣予以相關免稅放行。 公告提及,對短期內多次來往香港、澳門地區的旅客攜帶行李物品的有關規定,以及其他現有規定維持不變。有關措施將於8月1日起,推廣至全部進境口岸,橫琴「一線」口岸除外。
