日本傳媒報道，京都市一間酒店近日以「戰爭罪」為由，擅自取消一名以色列旅客的訂房，旅客向以色列駐東京大使館投訴，要求酒店方面道歉。京都市政府指酒店違反旅館營業法，已派員作出警告。
