「Merry Balloon Hong Kong」充氣樂園及氣球巡遊12月舉行 主辦方稱會盡快申請牌照 (16:38) – 20251105 – 港聞 – 即時新聞

今年9月初的「國際熱氣球節」因未獲發牌,故未如宣傳所述可載客升空,令部分購票市民不滿。謝旭被問及有關牌照派發事宜,他表示已開始申請牌照許可流程,正與消防處商討氦氣儲存等細節。活動今日舉辦新聞發布會,現場亦有數個輕氣球升起,謝旭指今日活動亦有獲民航處審批,又指之後會有彩排,希望能在活動開始前獲發牌。

「國際熱氣球節」風波其中一個原因為中環海濱風大所致,謝旭表示考慮到氣球巡遊路線為西九海濱,因此亦會做好安全措施。主辦方表示,氣球在正常天氣下,會離地約4.5米,屆時將會依安全指引,根據風力調節氣球升高高度。

謝旭提到,活動籌備超過一年,投資約千萬,除了充氣樂園外,其他活動均為免費。是次活動並未獲得盛事基金資助,謝旭未透露原因,僅稱希望之後可獲盛事基金支持,不評論盛事基金資助制度。

是次主題的首個活動「Merry-Go-Around Town」將於下月24日開始,分為「AR氣球遊香港」及「全城集印」兩個部分。第二個活動「Merry Balloon Park」巨型夢幻充氣樂園將於12月6日至明年1月4日在西九藝術公園大草坪舉行,包括「巨型跳彈區」、「反轉波波池」、7米高充氣滑梯及40米長的巨型波波競技賽道。「Merry Balloon Parade」大型IP角色輕氣球巡遊則於12月28日舉行,路線由西九文化區香港故宮文化博物館到M+博物館,市民可免費入場。大會將公開招募最多150位義工擔當「⁠持球手」,帶領氣球巡遊。

是次活動出現的IP角色包括愛心小熊、CoComelon、加菲貓、香港重機 、LuLu豬、奇先生妙小姐 、M&M’S、MOLLY、姆明、海洋公園 Panda Friends、汪汪隊立大功 、Peppa Pig、薯蛋頭 、燦子、海綿寶寶及小王子。
