【明報專訊】網絡紅人林克霖(網名「龍心」,小圖)2020年報名參加立法會選舉,訛稱接受面部護理、租用酒店房間而招致選舉開支,企圖欺詐選舉事務處向他支付款項。他早前被裁定4罪成立,昨在東區裁判法院被判監6個月。裁判官崔美霞指被告在定罪後仍堅稱因不理解法律才犯案,沒有反省及悔意,亦沒任何減刑因素。被告判刑後申請保釋等候上訴被拒。
