發佈日期: 2025-07-30 23:31 港澳 粵 已複製連結 肺癌是本港癌症「頭號殺手」。有專科醫生表示，肺癌有年輕化趨勢，呼籲留意早期病徵。 曾參演《濁水漂流》等電影、33歲演員柯煒林，在社交平台稱確診肺腺癌第四期。5月起一直咳嗽、頭痛及腳步不穩，形容病徵與肺癆類似，看專科、照電腦斷層掃描，發現患癌。 肺癌近年超越大腸癌，成為本港最常見癌症。每年五千多人確診，即癌症新症一成六是肺癌。確診者近六成是男性。成因包括吸煙、接觸石棉、空氣污染、長期用石油氣爐煮食，或基因突變。 肺癌可分為兩種，小細胞肺癌，腫瘤生長速度快。根據香港防癌會資料，這種佔整體個案不足三成，亦越來越少，相信與吸煙人口下降有關。 至於較常見的非小細胞肺癌，肺腺癌佔最多、約六至七成。發病於肺部支氣管黏膜的腺體細胞，在肺周邊區域發病，七成的肺腺癌個案與基因突變有關，常見於非吸煙人士，患者一般40、50歲。 呼吸系統科專科醫生曹忠豪說：「我們看到臨床有一個年輕化，因為亞洲、特別在香港及台灣，我們看到有年輕化趨勢，因為有很多不吸煙的女性得到肺腺癌，因為始終肺腺癌是一個不會去預防，不會去測試的病，所以多數去到第四期才看，才發覺到。」 不少肺癌個案確診時達第四期，佔逾五成半。本港一年近3,900人死於肺癌，是致命癌症首位。專科醫生表示肺癌初期病徵，小心留意仍可察覺，尤其是曾吸煙或有家族病史的人，應盡早檢查。 曹忠豪表示：「多數也可能會有長期咳嗽，有時咳嗽有少少出血，心口翳悶、聲沙、瘦了很多，這些也是癌症的先兆。」 他表示首先會為病人進行基因突變測試，視乎有否適合的標靶藥，待病情受控，再配以電療及化療醫治，又或用手術切除。 Source link
