強調公平收費條款！Epic Games 宣佈推出 iOS、Android 遊戲商店計劃-ePrice.HK



遊戲商 Epic Games 日前確認將會在今年稍後，在 Android 和 iOS 平台上架其 Epic Games Store 遊戲商店。Epic Games 現時已經在 Windows 平台提供 Epic Games Store 發行自家和第三方開發的遊戲，被視為另一遊戲服務商 Steam 的主要競爭對手。

收取 12% 分成


Epic Games 強調他們的 Games Store 是真正的多平台遊戲商店，會為所有開發者提供公平的條款。從 Epic Games 現時公佈的收費方式，他們會從中抽取 12% 的分成，而開發者則能夠保留 88% 的收入。相比之下，Google 在首筆 100 萬美元的收入中抽取 15% 分成，之後的收入則抽取 30% 的分成；而 Apple 早前更新了歐盟的 App Store 收費方式，遊戲商視乎年收入多少需要支付 10% 至 17% 分成，較之前的 15% 至 30% 大幅調低，但就要額外按下載次數收取的 0.5 歐元 CTF 核心技術費。

有機會保留全數玩家消費


Epic 還表示玩家在遊戲內的 in-app 消費，如果開發者使用自己的支付方式進行 ，他們將可以將保留全部 100% 收入。現階段還未清楚 Epic Games Store 的具體設計，以及除了現時通過 Epic Games Launcher 發行的《Fortnite》之外，還會有哪些遊戲提供。至於 iOS 版本，除非 Apple 的 iOS 政策有任何重大變動，否則只會在歐盟地區提供。
